Roughly three years ago Scottish designer Jamie Bruski Tetsill started experimenting with graphic shapes and geometrical figures. Last year geometry became his brand identity and he founded Shapes of Things Ltd.
The main aim of the brand is producing a series of limited edition fashion and home pieces. Tetsill always displayed an interest in interior design, experimenting with techniques used in carpet making and developing a project with tapestry company Dovecot Studios, as readers may remember from a previous post.
Shapes of Things is at the moment also part of the "Model Business" Starter for 6 Exhibition at Glasgow's The Lighthouse (until 31st March).
This summer the designer will launch a proper Shapes of Things Ltd collection, but Glasgow-based fans can already purchase some limited-edition pre-launch designs at discounted prices this weekend downstairs at The Brunswick Hotel.
You can keep updated on further Shapes of Things Ltd events by following its Facebook and Twitter pages.
